Each garment will have a corresponding chart in the Size Chart section (found on the home page). If in between sizes I would recommend going the next size up to get the most wear out of your garment. Where I can I make the garments adjustable, so going a size up will still allow your child to wear the garment at the current time. I would also recommend checking the processing times before ordering, it also may mean going up a size to be the correct size once the garment has been delivered. 

Each package comes with a 'Take Care of Me' care card. This states to wash your garment in lukewarm water and air dry only. Further info will stated on the card if necessary. 

Processing times are the time it takes from order to dispatch. These times will vary depending on how busy I am, it'll be stated on the home page.

Each item is quality checked, steamed and wrapped with a thank you and care card in tissue paper and placed in a kraft box (UK & Europe only to lower postage costs for the customer).

All items are sent by Second Class with Royal Mail. This takes approx 3 days.

All items over £100 are sent complimentary Tracked.

As each item is made to order I do not offer returns or refunds, unless in the unlikely case of your garment being faulty. Please double check your sizing and colour choice.
